Age Policy
Restaurant and salon
The restaurant may welcome younger guests at appropriate dining times when accompanied by a responsible adult. The table-game salon is a separate adult-only area and no person under 18 may enter or participate.
Identity checks
Guests who appear under 25 may be asked for valid photographic identification. A passport, photocard driving licence or other legally acceptable document may be requested. Copies should not be retained unless lawful and necessary.
Refusal and attempted access
Failure to provide acceptable evidence of age results in refusal of salon access. An adult cannot authorise a minor to enter. Suspected false identification may be reported or retained only where law permits.
Website confirmation
The age gate records a local browser choice; it does not replace checks at the venue. Parents and guardians should use device-level controls where appropriate.
Marketing
Casino-related communications must not target people under 18 or portray gambling as part of social success, maturity or financial achievement.
Private events
An organiser remains responsible for communicating adult-only salon access to invited guests. A private booking does not create an exception to identification requirements.
Data minimisation
Age checks should confirm eligibility without retaining unnecessary identification data. Where a record is legally required, access and retention must be limited.
Questions or concerns
Email hello.com if you believe under-age access has been attempted or if age-related marketing appears inappropriate.
