FrenchJackpotChef is a coastal dining house shaped by salt, fire and the quiet theatre of a well-run room. Dinner begins with the day’s catch and may continue, for guests aged 18+, in our private casino salon.

Two rooms, one coastal rhythm
The restaurant looks toward the water; the casino salon turns inward after dark. Both are built around attentive hosting, measured pace and details that reward a longer stay.
Chef Mara Bell reads the Sussex coast through Mediterranean technique: whole fish over embers, bitter leaves, preserved citrus and sauces made from shells and garden herbs. Beyond the arch, adult guests find a compact casino floor—roulette, blackjack and private poker—with chips, table limits and house rules set out before the first wager.

Four moments, never hurried
Choose dinner alone or continue into the casino. There is no required route and no pressure to play.
Reservation notes are reviewed before service, so allergies, accessibility requirements and celebration details can be discussed early. The sequence is a guide rather than a timetable, and the team adapts it to the pace of each table.
At the pass
Seasonal plates move from bright raw courses to deeper fire-led cooking.
Casino floor
Guests aged 18+ may join a hosted casino table—roulette, blackjack or poker—with stakes and rules explained before play.
Last tide
Tea, dark chocolate and a final pause before the house closes.

04 · Casino salon
A quiet casino after dinner
The casino salon is strictly for adults. Roulette, blackjack and poker may result in financial loss, and no outcome, jackpot or return is guaranteed.
A casino host explains the table, chip values, stake limits and available breaks before play. Guests remain responsible for their wagers, spending and time. Gambling is entertainment—not income, an investment or a way to recover debt.

A room composed around your guests
Mark a birthday, host a client dinner or bring friends together around a private menu. Our house desk plans the food, pacing and optional casino access by email.
Each proposal records the guest count, dietary requirements, room layout, arrival time and a transparent estimate. Floral styling, bespoke cakes and entertainment are included only when agreed in advance.

08 · Practical notes
Plan the evening before you travel
Tables are arranged by email so availability can be confirmed personally. Include your preferred date, arrival time, party size and any dietary or mobility requirements. A reservation is confirmed only after a written reply from the house desk.
Dining room: Tuesday–Sunday, 17:30–22:30.
Casino salon: Wednesday–Sunday, 19:30–00:30 · 18+.
Closed: Monday.
